Do you remember when you was a kid what your parents always told you? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
They were right! I can't understand people who drink big cup of coffee, eat 1 donut and go to work.
They are stressed, uptight or nervous at work.
Have you noticed how tired you are during the day? Or how hard it is to wake up at work? You can't realize how important is this meal.
You must choose the right foods for breakfast.
What you shouldn't eat? Try to avoid cereals garnish with tons of sugar.
They don't offer to you anything, but more weight (if you eat too much).
Have you ever noticed how sluggish you are before lunch? That's because you eat too much sugar! Don't eat tons of fried foods.
Bacon, fried eggs and French toast will give you only more weight.
Of course you can eat them, but in reasonable amounts.

I mean I love coffee too, but some people only drink coffee for breakfast and that's not good for your health.
