E guide is going to provide you both some tips and techniques for projecting easily.
Technique #1 Relaxing the Body Begin by stretching and releasing the tension of the body.
Start this process by stretching the toes and the feet.
Work your way up to the top of your head.
After you have stretched and relaxed each part of the body.
If the whole body is fully relaxed, the body should have a feeling of warmth to it.
Technique #2 Calming the mind There are many ways to still the mind.
I would begin by putting all of your attention on your breath.
Follow your breath until the mind seems to be calm and tamed.
This is one of the hardest aspects of astral projection.
I practice calming the mind all day by using mindfulness meditation.
I would recommend checking out some books on Zen or "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.
Technique #3 Using an Exit Technique There are many exit techniques for having out of body experiences.
These techniques include the roll out method, rope technique, phasing etc.
Remember each of these techniques are just metaphors.
Once you begin projecting regularly you can begin to create your own exit techniques.
The imagination is the most important element to the projection.
Begin your exit technique when the mind is completely still and the body is completely relaxed.
Tip #1 Attempt your projections in the morning If you attempt your projections 5-7 hour into your sleep cycle, astral projection will be much easier.
Most astral projection guides teach people to project at night.
This will only lead to many failed attempts and lots of frustration.
Tip #2 Use Affirmations Begin by writing some positive affirmations set in the present tense.
An example would be "I am a multidimensional being capable of visiting different planes of existence.
" Read these affirmations before and after bed time.
Tip #3 Eat a Alkaline Based Diet Foods such as fruits and vegetables have a very positive effect on the mind.
If the body is in an alkaline state 90% of your thoughts will be positive.
