Make Goal Setting Easier by Dividing Your Life Into Sections Beforehand

We are all looking for that elusive happiness that you only get when you are doing that which you were truly born to do, the only problem is, most of us just don't know where to start or we don't have the time to take the action required.
First of all, we DO have the time.
We have 24 hours in a day and all these people who say "I just can't seem to find the time" are not being true to themselves because I'm sure if they were to just analyze their average day, they would find that they have a bunch of habits that if cut out, would save at least an hour a day.
"It is not enough to take steps which may some day lead to a goal; each step must be itself a goal and a step likewise.
" - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Take action NOW! Do you want to continue working for other people who don't have your best interests at heart? Do you want to be told to do tasks and jobs that give you zero sense of achievement and fulfillment? No, of course you don't! Then it is time for you to step out into the open and be counted, to become the person you have always wanted to be and know that you can be, it is your destiny.
The first step to living your ideal life is to work out what you WANT and are MEANT to do on this earth.
How do you do that? You break up your life into sections, first of all: • Family • Work • Money • Friends • Spirituality • Health • Mental health • Achievement • Education The above examples are the areas that I focus on in my own life.
Next, for each of the sections, ask yourself this question: "What is my vision for this area of my life?" Think logically here, do not allow emotion to dictate your answers, but think about what you REALLY want and what, in your opinion is the best option for you as a person.
Write out a vision for each area of your life.
Write it exactly as you want it to be.
Finally, once you have written your vision for each section, it's time to start taking baby steps towards reaching those ideal futures.
Start off by setting small goals each day, aimed at taking a baby step towards one of the areas of your life, and in fact you could be taking a baby step towards each area of your life, per day.
The choice is yours, although I do recommend that you set small goals at first, just to ease yourself into the process, and then once you have got the ball rolling and you are feeling inspired, make the daily goals slightly bigger.
Momentum is key, as is passion so don't allow yourself to procrastinate with these goals because they are your life and secondly congratulate yourself each night for the completion of the goals to maintain your passion levels.
If you fail to complete one or more of the daily goals, ask yourself why and then ensure it doesn't happen again.
Stay focused because this is your life!!
