How to Calculate a SAT Reasoning Score

    • 1). Locate on your test results the numerical score for the Critical Reading section. Enter that number into your calculator and hit the plus (+) sign.

    • 2). Find the score for the Math section of the test. Enter that number and hit plus.

    • 3). Locate the score for the Writing section. This is the third number that you enter into the calculator.

    • 4). Hit the equals sign (=). The sum of the Critical Reading, Math and Writing scores is your cumulative SAT Reasoning Test score.
