I'm Sarah, professional makeup artist and licensed aesthetician, and I'm going to show you how to properly apply concealer to cover dark circles under the eyes. The first thing that you're going to need is foundation. You're also going to need a liquid concealer and lastly, you'll need a finishing powder. So, what you want to do is make sure that your face is nicely moisturized and hydrated before you start with makeup, so on our model, her face is nice and clean, and moisturized and the first thing that we're going to do to cover up these dark circles is to apply foundation. Now, the reason we're going to do the foundation first is because we want to see what will be left after, what's going to be left for us to cover up after this is on this way we're not putting too much on under her eyes that is drawing attention to it. Now the key with the dark circles is to pay attention what's going on in your upper inside corner also, 'cause it gets dark in there as well. So, we have a nice, thin layer of a foundation over first, so we're going to go back over and just dot on some liquid concealer. We're just going to do some dots all the way around, well, just under here eye like that. And then, I'm going to come in with my concealer brush and I'm just going to blend these out and pat them. Pat and blend, and the concealer for your skin type, the color should be at least one and a half times lighter than your natural skin color. So, you want to make sure that its pretty light, but not white and you don't want it to be too dark because then it's just going to accentuate the dark circles. So now, it's she's nice and light.
