Bear Grylls Knife - The New Ultimate Survivor By Gerber
The New Bear Grylls Knife designed by Gerber is a great answer to his original, amassively expensive blade by Baleyknife. The New Bear Grylls Ultimate Survival series fixed blade by Gerber is priced to sell and loaded with features.
With an introductory price of 59.99 The Bear Grylls knife by Gerber has been a huge hit during this season's pre-release. the knife is loaded with great usable features all packed into one great looking, functional package.
Features
The New Bear Grylls Knife takes a lot of my favorite Gerber features and packs them into one fixed blade and sheath combo. The blade is a drop point, 4.75 inch partially serrated high carbon stainless steel. High Carbon Stainless keeps a strong, sharp edge yet is easy to sharpen in the field. The 3 lanyard holes make this knife very easy to lash to a spear for any defensive or hunting situations. The lanyard that is attached to the butt of the knife has a survival whistle that is great for signaling if you ever truly become lost in the wilderness. The butt of the knife has a built in pummel that is great for breaking glass or simply pounding in tent stakes.
Sheath Features
The sheath features are where the rubber hits the road in my opinion. I always carry a metal match or fire stick with me as my preferred fire making tool and having one built into the sheath on the Bear Grylls Knife is a huge bonus. The sheath also has a built in knife sharpener and a survival guide. Over all this knife is an awesome value.
