The Mindset Formula to Success

Mindset matter, especially if you want to be successful. If you don't have a good mindset then you won't accomplish your goals. You mindset sets the tone for everything that you do.

So what is the mindset formula? It's the formula I use to create results. Creating the results you want creates the success you want.

The formula is mindset + skillset x performance = Results

You recognize how performance gets to be multiplied and not added to skillset. The amount of work you put in still matters. There are people out there that believe all you have to do is change your mindset and things will change. On the other side there are people who believe that growth mindset doesn't matter. Nothing wrong with these people as we usually fall on one side, but there needs to be a balance of both.

How do you define mindset? The definition of mindset is the state or attitude you choose about a person, event, task, or subject at a given moment.

In order to have success, you need to have a mindset that is magnetizing you to success. It needs to be overflowing with positive belief in the present moment. That's all mindset is anyway. It's the building blocks to your belief system. You have too many moments to count throughout the day. Some portion is going to be spent on money and business.

What's your mindset for these moments? Are you thinking of lack or are you thinking of abundance? Are you thinking about how confident you are in yourself and your business or are you worrying about things out of your control? If you want to have success then your mindset during these moments need to be at a minimum 51% positive, going towards your goal. Why?

You need 51% because when you go to sleep at night, if you have had 51% of your energy on a positive mindset on any subject, then you will wake up the next day and keeping this subject positive will be a WHOLE lot easier.

If you combine the 51% with using your positive affirmations at night and in the morning, you are kick starting the algorithm to change your beliefs. There are other things that you can do along with mindset and affirmations to change your beliefs, but these two are BASIC FUNDAMENTALS.

TIP: If you are trying to change a lot of things about yourself then attempting to have a positive mindset on everything all the time can burn you out. Try learning some mindfulness and remember to be soft and forgiving with yourself. I highly suggest choosing one or two related areas to make sure that whatever you do your mindset remains positive about these things.
