We found out about this campground in a camping book, and we RV camped there in April 2009.

Describe your camping trip:

Second visit. First shared with friends in their fifth wheel. On top of hill and nice site. This time our fifth wheel at the bottom of hill. Pretty crowded. Garbage left in our fire ring from previous campers.

Pros: Price not bad. Sites on top of hill nice. People in office friendly.


No charge for pets. Good garbage pick up.

Cons: Bathrooms need more frequent cleaning and upkeep. Too crowded at bottom area. Neighbor's campfire too close to our slide out for comfort. Garbage left in our fire ring from previous campers.

Nearby attractions: Lots of them and a great central location.

Further comments: Nice park and with a little effort could be super. Easy access and interstate close. I will probably stay again, but I will check out other options too.
