How to Hang Toaster Ovens
- 1). Choose the location for the toaster oven. It should be installed underneath a cabinet in a place close enough to an electrical outlet for the plug to reach. It should also be away from the sink. Empty the chosen cabinet completely to prevent anything falling on your head while you work. If the shelves are removable, pull them out as well to give you more space.
- 2). Tape the included template to the bottom of the cabinet. Use a pencil to mark all of the spots that need to be drilled. Follow the toaster oven manufacturer's specific instructions for drill bit size and drill holes through the cabinet bottom.
- 3). Drop the screws through the drilled holes. If the cabinet has an overhang, you will need to use spacers on the back screws to keep the appliance level. These spacers should be provided with your toaster oven. Using the holes you drilled through the cabinets, attach the toaster oven brace or brackets. The toaster oven will slide into the brace and lock into place.
