Attach the External Monitor

• 1). Connect the RGB monitor cable into the RGB port of the external monitor and the port of the Toshiba notebook. The RGB port is located on the left side of the notebook.
  
  
• 2). Plug in the external monitor to an electrical outlet.
  
  
• 3). Turn on the external monitor.
  
  

Adjust Display Settings

• 1). Press "Fn" and "F5" simultaneously on your keyboard. Wait for the Display Settings dialog window to appear.
  
  
• 2). Hold the "Fn" key down and tap the "F5" key to rotate through the various display settings choices. You can select the following: use only the notebook monitor; use both monitors simultaneously; use only the external monitor.
  
  
• 3). Release the "Fn" key after selecting.
