How to Clean Auto Tires
- 1). Park the vehicle in a shaded area, such as in a garage or under a tree. Ensure that the tires are cool to the touch before washing them.
- 2). Spray the first tire with water from a garden hose to remove loose dirt and debris. Focus on one tire at a time.
- 3). Pour 1/4 cup of liquid dish detergent into a 5-gallon plastic bucket. Fill the bucket halfway with water.
- 4). Dip a tire brush into the soapy solution. Scrub the first tire with soapy brush to remove all dirt and grime.
- 5). Rinse the tire immediately with the garden hose. Clean the three remaining tires, using the same process as for the first tire. Allow all four tires to air-dry.
