How to Upgrade LG enV Firmware
- 1). Visit the LG website and download the LG Mobile Support Tool (see Resources).
- 2). Locate the downloaded file and double-click it to begin installation. Launch the program when it's completed.
- 3). Insert the smaller end of the data cable to your LG enV and plug the other end into an open USB port on your computer. Select "Sync Mode" when prompted by your phone.
- 4). Click "Start Upgrading" after your phone is recognized.
- 5). Click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the desktop taskbar when the upgrade is finished, then choose your enV and click "Stop." Remove the phone from the data cable when prompted.
