This species belongs to the bat family and is said to be found in India, China and New Zealand.
The main distinctive body feature of this vampire type is pointed ears.
It is believed that they can socialize well with human beings.
The vampires of this type are extremely sensitive to sunlight and apparently, when exposed to it, they get blisters all over their body.
Another vampire type is the Homo Wampyrus Draco which became famous after being featured in Dracula, the novel by Bram Stoker.
This species is said to be found in Western Europe and North America.
These vampires resemble human beings in almost every aspect except that they have retractable canines used for sucking blood from unsuspecting victims.
Their sensitivity to sunlight is moderate.
Yet another type of vampire is the homo Wampyrus Nosferatu.
The vampires of this type have rather more deformed bodies when compared to the other types.
Though this type of vampires is not very common, the number is still just as good as that of the other types.
These vampires socialize with neither human beings nor with the other vampire types.
They can be easily identified due to their disfigured bodies.
They have a thin face with pale skin and pointed ears which are features that cannot be missed.
They are said to be less sensitive to sunlight and can bear exposure to quite an extent.
The vampires of this type are believed to be found in Caribbean and Africa.
