Law of Attraction, Having It All!
Do you really and truly believe that you can be, do or have anything in life that your heart desires? The answer to that question will begin to uncover what is either helping you or holding you back from creating the life of your dreams.
Having it All, is the title of the revised book written by John Assaraf, one of the teachers in the movie, The Secret.
John Assaraf is the "street punk" who went on to become a multi-million dollar entrepreneur and real estate mogul in a very short period of time.
I was really excited to get this book because it came to me at an integral period in my life.
I was looking to add a little more structure behind my manifesting practices.
I had been feeling a little bummed because I was focusing too much on not liking "routine" but feeling like I really needed to get that peeve in check if I wanted to have consistent success with my businesses.
Well, I gotta tell you.
This book and the exercises contained within held my attention for several weeks! Now, that's huge for me considering how much information I process on a daily basis running virtually three businesses simultaneously.
His message was right on time.
What I liked most about this book was the clarity of his writing style; very simple, but not so basic that you would fall asleep.
I also appreciated how he took the time to break down and acknowledge the order of the exercises to be completed, and how one built upon the other.
My absolute favorite tool that I grasped from this book was the idea of writing AND recording your own affirmations.
It came across as a slight hint at first, but then it smacked me in the face, and I was floored! I thought, "Yes! This is going to be so much fun and exciting to listen to on a daily basis!" Thus, I got to work going through the exercises and composing what John Assaraf calls my Life Design Matrix.
When I was finished, I had completed a CD consisting of eight tracks of present-tense affirmations.
Each one was between two to three minutes long, almost the same as a song on the radio! It was great! I even got to add my own background music and really get creative! Now, I have a lot more fun listening to and going through my affirmations.
It's a truly joyful experience.
This CD comes in handy as I can put it on repeat before I go to sleep at night, and if you didn't know this, the subconscious mind is the most impressionable during its alpha state: the period of your conscious where you are just about to drift off to sleep or when you're just about to wake up.
So, I'm hearing these affirmations that I wrote (so of course, they are specific to my desires), speaking so gently and delicately programming my mind while I sleep! What's even more yummy is that I hear them again as I'm waking up in the morning! Double dose of Manifestation energy! I'm a snooze button freak, so my alpha state is getting loaded in the morning with my affirmations! This is the best tool that I could have attracted at this period in my life.
I highly recommend that you purchase and read this book! This book will speak to anyone no matter where you currently are.
It is without reservation that I make this suggestion.
