Is Your Biggest Fear the "Fear of Anxiety Attacks? You CAN End Anxiety Attacks
For many who suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, the greatest fear is the fear that another attack will or is coming on.
The fear itself seems to precipitate more feelings of stress and anxiety.
There are actually people who have been living in a prison of their own making for many years because of that anticipation of another anxiety attack.
And maybe it has been several years since the last attack.
Yet that fear still persists.
It keeps them from living the life that they so yearn for.
