    • 1). Lift the handset or press "Speaker" to answer incoming calls. Talk through the speakerphone or pick up the headset to answer hands-free calls. Press "Talk" or remove the handset from the charging cradle to answer calls on a cordless phone.

    • 2). Lift the handset or press "Speaker" to place outgoing calls. Enter the outside line number designated by the system administrator. Press "Talk" and the outside line number to place calls on cordless phones. Enter the extension number to place internal calls.

    • 3). Press "Release," "Talk" or place the handset on the charging cradle to end calls.

    • 4). Press "5," "6" and "5" and then press a programmable feature key on the station handset. The action initiates call forwarding. Press the programmed feature key and enter the extension or voice mail number where calls should be sent. Select "CFWD" and "*" or press the programmed feature key and "*" to cancel call forwarding.

    • 5). Press "Pickup" and the desired extension to answer calls from another station.

    • 6). Press "Program," "3" and "1" to activate call waiting. Press "Flash" to toggle between calls.

    • 7). Dial one number, press "Conf," and then dial the second number to initiate a conference call. When connected, press "Conf" again to connect both calls.
