    • 2). Divide the number of kWh by 0.277778 MJ per kWh to check your conversion to MJ. In this example, you would divide 8 kWh by 0.277778 MJ per kWh to get 28.8 MJ.

    • 3). Confirm your answer using an online calculator (see Resources).
