    • 1). Drink plenty of water in order to prevent dehydration. Some problems, such as kidney stones, are the result of a lack of drinking water. Water can be acquired cheaply and sometimes for free from drinking fountains and water coolers.

    • 2). Eat green foods regularly. Foods such as broccoli, green tea and limes help purify your blood and give you more chlorophyll content. Antioxidants in these foods help create a stronger immune system, and these foods are better digested with the help of chlorophyll.

    • 3). Eat cheap and healthy foods, such as eggs, whey, tuna from a can, frozen vegetables, fish oil, lentils, oatmeal, quinoa, peanuts, yogurt, beans, apples, beats, kale and squash.

    • 4). Grow your own food whenever possible. Oftentimes, a packet of seeds costs less than $1, and these seeds can be harvested and reused over and over again. Also, you can control what chemicals, if any, are used on your food.

    • 5). Use coupons. You can find coupons online and in sales papers that provide discounts on healthy foods.

    • 6). Buy food in as much bulk as possible. Get a big freezer to store all of the food you've purchased.

    • 7). Exercise. Exercise is one of the most important programs you need to live healthily. Exercise helps to remove extra calories present in your body that cause digestion problems. Doing regular exercises allows you to convert the fat present in your body into energy. Exercises that cost no money to perform include running, walking, calisthenics, dancing and aerobic exercises.
