Black Cartridges

• 1). Press the left and right arrow keys on the printer's keypad simultaneously, and release them.
  
  
• 2). Press the "7," "8" and "9" keys consecutively in order to access the black ink-gauge menu.
  
  
• 3). Press "1" after reading "Ink Gauge Off? 1=Yes 2=No" on the display to turn off the ink gauge.
  
  
• 4). Press the left and right arrow keys on the printer's keypad simultaneously and release them. Press the "7," "8" and "9" keys consecutively.
  
  
• 5). Press "2" after reading "Ink Gauge Off? 1=Yes 2=No" on the display to reset the ink gauge.
  
  

Color Cartridges

• 1). Press the left and right arrow keys on the printer's keypad simultaneously, and release them.
  
  
• 2). Press the "4," "5" and "6" keys consecutively in order to access the color ink gauge menu.
  
  
• 3). Press "1" after reading "Ink Gauge Off? 1=Yes 2=No" on the display to turn off the ink gauge.
  
  
• 4). Press the left and right arrow keys on the printer's keypad simultaneously and release them. Press the 4, 5 and 6 keys consecutively.
  
  
• 5). Press "2" after reading "Ink Gauge Off? 1=Yes 2=No" on the display to reset the ink gauge.
