How do I Install a TV Tuner Driver for an HP DV7-1130US Laptop?
- 1). Insert the CD that came with your TV tuner and has the driver on it into your disc drive. Exit any autoplay options that appear when you insert the disc.
- 2). Navigate to "My Computer" by clicking on "Start > My Computer." Find your CD that has the driver on it under the words "Devices with removable storage." Right click on the disc and select "Autoplay" from the right click menu.
- 3). Wait for the driver installation wizard to start and when it does, follow the on screen instructions it provides to install the driver for your TV tuner. When the wizard says you've completed the installation process click on the "Finish" button to close the wizard.
- 4). Restart your computer, and when you log back into Windows, your TV tuner driver will be completely installed.
