Eat whenever you want to (I am not kidding).

Eat whatever you like (Have I gone mad?).
3.
Eat enjoying every bite and chew as many times as you can (now, you are talking).

Stop eating when your stomach says you are full (sure, you are not fool).
5.
Do light aerobics for 15 minutes everyday.
6.
Take as much slow and as much deep as possible breaths, at least 5 such breathes everyday.

So, start chewing food properly.
That is THE KEY to control your body fat and start getting more nutrition from what ever you eat.
Drinking is also very essential to getting better nutrition.
It helps digesting food and helps maintaining fluidity of blood which carries vital elements and oxygen.
Also, remember one important thing.
Please, stick to food in its natural form as much as possible.
For example, do not add any dressing or oil to garden salad.
If you take fruit/vegetable juice, do not add any spice to it.
