How to Connect Video Card Sound Input to a MSI MS-7184 Motherboard
- 1). Unplug your computer from the power outlet.
- 2). Obtain a disassembling guide for your MSI computer. The MS-7184 is available in different computers, so get a guide for your specific model.
- 3). Gain access to the motherboard by opening the tower door on your computer. Depending on your model, you may have to take screws off of the tower casing to open the tower door.
- 4). Connect your video card and your sound card to the PCI slots on the motherboard. It doesn't matter which PCI slot you use. These will be labeled on the motherboard.
- 5). Close the computer and replace any screws that were taken out.
- 6). Start the computer. Insert the installation disks that came with your video card and your sound card to install the drivers needed.
