    • Quantum Software Solutions' Equipment Maintenance Tracking Program keeps track of your maintenance records, including warranty data and maintenance history. It also alerts you when you need to schedule a maintenance check on your equipment. You can produce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) lock out/tag out procedures for your machines and maintain training records. You can use this program on a single computer or as part of a network, providing access for multiple users. This program is compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, Server 2003, Server 2008, Millennium (Me), NT, XP, Vista and Windows 7. As of 2011, it costs between $199 and $219.

    Maintenance Log Pro

    • Maintenance Log Pro helps you create maintenance work orders for your technicians, and you can produce maintenance schedules for equipment that require regular upkeep. You can create downtime forecasts, which lets your team know when equipment will be unavailable. You can view all of your equipment in one list and update the maintenance information for that machine. You can run queries on data to find specific pieces of equipment, and you can print out equipment reports in both graphical and text formats. You can try this program for free for 30 days, but you must purchase it when that time period expires. As of 2011, this program costs $249 and is a Windows-based program.

    Fleet Maintenance

    • Innovative Maintenance Systems offers Fleet Maintenance Pro, which helps you keep track of all the machines and vehicles in your fleet. This program creates a list of all of your equipment, including information like serial number, make, year and model. You can also add customized fields with additional information. If your equipment is due for maintenance, the program displays it in yellow. If it's past due, then it shows up in red. You can also track the fuel economy and consumption of your fleet equipment. You can try this program for free for 30 days. The Standard Edition costs between $399 and $479 for a single user in 2011. This is a Windows-based program.

    EMC

    • The Equipment Maintenance Control (EMC) software program helps you setup a maintenance schedule for your equipment, and you can also create a maintenance history for your machines. You can print out lists of equipment needed for your shop or plant, and you can also keep track of reservoir levels. The program lets you know if equipment has low reservoir levels or top off amounts above the recommended limits. You can try this program for free for 45 days, but it costs $139.50 for a single user in 2011. This is a Windows-based program.
