Some groups specialize in religious themes; others focus on people with active lifestyles or belonging to a set age bracket. One organization, in existence since 1944, is devoted exclusively to tall people. - The Sunday Night Club West (SNCW) is a Denver-based singles club open to all ages, with meetings every Sunday night and special activities planned at other times throughout the week. Sunday night functions include a dinner and an after-dinner mixer or entertainment, such as white elephant gift exchanges, cook-offs, and holiday dinner/dances. As of August 2010, the admission is $7 for members and new visitors and $12 for non-members, after a one month trial period. Over the course of a month, the club may offer 10 to 12 additional activities, include hiking and sports, dining, wine tastings, games, movies, concerts and plays.
