Yes, you read correctly, eat more but loseĀ fat consistently. Are you crazy? No! Losing fat can be very easy if you start to understand that being obese is the outcome of the symptom overeating. Okay, than please tell me how I can start to eat more but still continue losing fat?

You see, you can eat more, but you have to start to change the food angle. You like to eat, pretty much everybody does, especially when we are hungry. Now it is up to you to start to find out for yourself what that might be. I do not know what you like or dislike. You know that you have to start to shift the unhealthy food more into the healthy food area. Find out what healthy food really appeals to. Do not say there is no healthy food I like. This way it will be only more difficult to reach your set goal. It might be a battle at the beginning but think about the benefits at the end. Eating unhealthy is a symptom of obesity it is not a problem. Start learning to eat smarter than you did till know is the key many do not really understand.
Understand that eating itself is not the problem why you have weight problems. It is what you eat and in what portion. As soon as you really understand that, the first hurdle to your personal success is taken.
Here we go:
Start reducing the plates of fried chicken and french fries (do not totally eliminate them), but drastically reduce it.
Instead starting to put bigger portions of vegetables on your plate. By that I do not mean vegetables you do not like. It is important that you are eating vegetables you really like or not mind eating.
Start eating more salad, mix it with everything you like (ham, cheese, tuna...)
Stop eating huge plate filling plates of meat. Do not eliminate totally, but keep it small.
