Bribery and Anti Corruption Acts - the Arms of the LAW may grab YOU!
BRIBERY and CORRUPTION among people is not a new story in the society; no business is protected today with corrupt employees around.

Business organisations often fail to recognize that if some of their employees are corrupt or can be bribed easily, then the reason could be many; companies do not care to find out whether the employees are really motivated, or not, because €" workplace motivation is very important, i.e. 'motivation by money'!
Motivation and loyalty are directly related to each other and all this play a part in corruption prevention.
To enforce a law (and to make people follow it by force) is very easy, but then people will always find a way out.
Every business needs to be protected, and every one of us can fairly contribute towards the prosperity of our Nation.
To receive and to give bribe (for business advantage) is an offense, and this is why following Anti-Corruption and Bribery Acts are in place, viz. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the UK Bribery Act 2010.
Yes, be it Small, Medium or Large-sized businesses - all are prone to corruption; out of 100 men in the society, a few may follow values and ethics in doing business, while others will always stick with wrong business practice to make EASY and QUICK money. But then, they forget that their actions can bring in nothing but grave consequences for them as well as their organization.
The media is always there to expose the corrupt in the society.
If some people are corrupt, what are the reasons? Why are the firms or the people not ready to work on the roots, instead of cutting down the branches?
As a common man - do you think Anti Corruption/Bribery Laws and Policies will do any GOOD to the society, if people do not conscientiously think what is right or wrong?
Well, forcing a LAW any day would never serve any purpose.
If you run an organization, and find your staff/employees promise or offer a bribe, then a word of caution - your business reputation can be at stake. Work on the roots, before it is too late!
