7 Key Foods to Burn Fat on a Budget

Every so often I will post a question that someone has asked me in regards to fat loss. These questions will either come from e-mails or from one of my social media channels like facebook , YouTube or Twitter. Recently, someone on my facebook asked me a question that I thought would make an interesting blog post.

Here is the answer to Lauren's question. It can help anyone that is in a similar situation as she is. I am going to limit it down to 6 foods that you can survive on when you are on a tight budget.

Eggs are the most inexpensive form of protein--you can buy a dozen for $2-3. Each egg has 6 grams of protein and you can cook them in numerous ways .

Broccoli costs $1-2 per lb. Not to mention, broccoli is the king of low-carb vegetables. Broccoli also contains more vitamin C than an orange.

Why?

Brown rice costs $1 per pound, and can last you about a week. It has many healthy complex carbohydrates for a very low price.
