How to Copy Data From a CD
- 1). Click the "Start" button.
- 2). Go to the right pane of the "Start" menu and click "Computer." This will display a list of drives on your computer.
- 3). Right-click the CD drive and select "Open." Now you will see all of the contents inside the CD.
- 4). Copy the files from the CD. Right-click a file and click "Copy." To select all of the files, hold the "Control" key and press "A" (Ctrl+A). Next, hold the "Control" key and press "C" (Ctrl+C) to copy all of the files. Windows highlights each file you select. Therefore when you select all files, Windows will highlight them.

You can also hold the "Control" key and press "V" (Ctrl+V) to transfer the files. Another way to transfer the files is by dragging them.
