• The XLS 202 is built into an all-steel case that helps to protect its interior components from the rigors of daily operation. It was built with forced air fans to keep the unit cool and to prevent overheating problems, and it features XLR inputs that have been electronically balanced.

• The XLS 202 has a minimum guaranteed output power of 300W when used with a stereo with four ohms per channel. The output level differs by ohms output and channel type. Stereos with eight ohms per channel can expect 200W of output, while those with 8 ohms and a bridge-mono setup can count on 600W.

• The unit has a signal-to-noise ratio of over 100 db when A-weighted and operating at below-rated power. The signal-to-noise ratio decreases to 95db with no weighting and the same power. The unit has a damping factor of over 200 at 8 ohms, and weighs in at roughly 23 pounds.
