How to Refill a Lexmark 100
- 1). Set the Lexmark 100 cartridge on a flat surface with some paper towels under it to absorb any dripped ink.
- 2). Fill a syringe with 13 ml of ink if refilling a black Lexmark 100. Fill a syringe with 6 ml of ink if refilling a color cartridge.
- 3). Insert the syringe needle into the label at the point where the white section meets the black section, at an equal distance from the right and left sides. Lower the needle half way into the sponge inside the cartridge.
- 4). Slowly inject the ink into the cartridge.
- 5). Replace the cartridge into the Lexmark printer. Wait at least eight hours before printing so the ink can saturate the sponge inside the cartridge.
