You may be wondering how all parts of your life can begin manifesting miracles from the same 3 steps. Maybe it seems impossible. But you really can do this. It all boils down to the difference between trying to change conditions through your actions vs. creating a new reality through your vibration.

Once you get a good sense of this distinction (action vs. vibration), you can see with insight and clarity exactly how this works. For example, if you were trying to improve your health, it makes sense that the actions required might be quite different from those you would take to advance your career.

And if you were looking for your soul mate, your actions would probably not look anything like the actions you would take to increase your finances.

But from a metaphysical standpoint, it is the essence of the process that gets you results. So you can use these same three steps to change your vibration and manifest just about anything.

This understanding of the metaphysics of manifestation comes from the Abraham Hicks teachings on Law of Attraction. Below you will find an "in-a-nutshell" version of the process.

******* 3 Step Manifestation Process *******

1 - Notice what you don't want and notice the bad feeling that accompanies this thought. That is easy. It is the reason you want what you do want. Simply ask yourself what's bothering you.

This may seem so easy and obvious that you will be tempted to skip this step. I encourage you to actually take a second or two to articulate what it is that you don't want so that you can get more precise and clear when stating what it is you do want.

2 - Notice what you do want and notice the good feeling that accompanies this thought. (If you have a bad feeling as your think of what is wanted, you are not thinking of what is wanted. You are actually thinking of the lack of it. Be sure to feel the good feeling associated with what is wanted before moving on.)

This desire will be the exact opposite of what you stated in the first step. I have often found that when I ask people what they want they can get very blurry and unsure. But if you first articulate what you don't want, the clarity of that pain can then etch a laser sharp image of what it is you do want. This image then begins to create that wanted reality through the power of your creative mind. This is also the basis of creative visualization.

3 - Now here is the part that takes some skill. And you can work on this in the same way that a musician practices scales or a gymnast practices flips. Just keep doing it - even though you may stumble or even fall (meaning you forget to do it). Keep doing it until it becomes such a habit that you do it more often than not. You may find you are even doing it when you are not deliberately trying to do it. Once it becomes a habit your miracles multiply.

Ready? Here it is.

Have a good feeling, an authentic good feeling, as you think of that subject. Sounds easy, right? Try it. It's not hard. At least not once you get the hang of it.

So, for example, let's say you want more money. When you think of money your dominant tone might be one of lack. That's a bad feeling. That tells you that you are vibrating more with what you don't want than what you do want at this moment.

Now here's the trick.

You want to train yourself into vibrating with what you *do* want at the thought of money. You will know you are doing this successfully when you think of money and you feel good.

You want to begin to habitually feel *good* when your mind goes to the subject of money (or any other subject where you want to shift your manifestation). That is all there is to it.

Seem too easy?

Well, it really is easy except that we have reasons why we feel bad when we think of subjects where we feel lack. And so it does take some effort. But it is effort well spent. And since feeling good feels good, well, what have you got to lose? Try these simple three steps in all areas of your life: your body, your relationships, your finances, and anywhere else.

Now that you know how to use the law of attraction in the simplest and most powerful way, can you feel the empowerment rippling through you? You can also use this method regarding your emotional and spiritual states. If you find yourself depressed, annoyed, or anxious, you can find your guidance to joy, empowerment, and inner peace through this same process.
