This protects you from heart attacks.

This means they'll reduce chronic inflammation in your body and can prevent rheumatoid arthritis.
Omega oils are even found to boost your mood.
They have so many important health benefits that it's silly not to make sure your getting more fish containing omega oils in your diet.
Or, take fish oil supplements.
Cardiologists are recommending supplements to their patients to prevent repeat heart attacks.
My dad's doctor recommended them to him as an all around good supplement.
And, it can be hard to get the amount you need from eating enough fish.
The recommended 6-9 ounces of fish each week--that's about the size of your palm--may not meet the needs of some.
