Guide Review - Roger Wallace - The Lowdown

Roger Wallace is one of Austin's finest voices, & in a town that is virtually bursting with talent, that's quite an honor.

With his singular, unique approach to his music, he manages to be completely new while never forgetting country's pure, golden roots.

Roger's style of pure, rich country music should catapult him into the forefront of country music, amidst such legendary figures as Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, and George Jones; what happens instead is he's dismissed by corporate-owned "too country," which means country music fans never get the chance to hear this amazing, fantastic, real country music.

Radio doesn't know what it's missing; but don't you miss out on him. Get "The Lowdown." You won't regret a single track.
