They are: * 4 cups of quick cooking rolled oats * One half cup of Grape Nuts cereal * Granulated sugar substitute which is equal to one fourth cup of sugar * one cup of chopped peanuts * One third cup of honey * One half cup of wheat germ * One half cup of raisins Here's how you make your own granola bars.
It's really very easy! First, get an un-greased baking sheet and spread the oats there.
Then, bake the oats at 350 degrees for exactly 10 minutes.
Next, take all the ingredients except the wheat germ and raisins and mix them with the oats.
Get another baking sheet and bake the mix that you made at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Make sure to stir once to make the mixture an even brown.
After 20 minutes, let the mixture cool in the oven.
Next, mix the oats, the wheat germ, and the raisins with the mixture.
You can then refrigerate your granola bars in containers.
