    • 1). Spray the bolt with a rust breaker spray like Liquid wrench, WD-40 or Rust Ease and wait several hours. Feel free to apply additional coats of spray. You cannot use too much.

    • 2). Place a socket and ratchet onto the head of the frozen bolt.

    • 3). Place a breaker bar onto the handle of the ratchet. A breaker bar resembles a pipe approximately 1-foot in length. In fact, you can use a metal pipe instead of purchasing a breaker bar.

    • 4). Turn the bolt counterclockwise using the breaker bar.
