    • 1). Click the "Start" icon and then click on the "Control Panel" icon from the menu.

    • 2). Click on the "Hardware and Sound" option from the "Control Panel" window.

    • 3). Click on the "Device Manager" icon from the window.

    • 4). Click on the device that is giving you trouble from the menu of devices.

    • 5). Click on the "Driver" option from the window that appears. There should be a prompt that says "This driver is working properly."

    • 6). Click the "Update" option to update the driver if needed.
