- Papalucci is located in the heart of Belmont Shores. Moderately priced, Papalucci's is a family-friendly restaurant and has been in the area for many years. The menu includes seafood items, standard Italian fair such as calzones, and a well-reviewed carbonara. Carbonara is a cream-based sauce mixed with tomato sauce and pan-seared bacon. The tomato sauce is made from scratch and the recipe continues to be a secret. You can choose your favorite type of pasta to go with your favorite sauce. The restaurant is not very large, so on busy weekends you can find yourself waiting for a table.
