    Turn Sticky Keys Off

    • 1). Click "Start" or the Windows icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Select "Control Panel" from the Start menu.

    • 2). Double-click on "Accessibility Options." A dialog box should open.

    • 3). Uncheck all three boxes on the dialog box that appears. If no boxes are checked, move on to Section 2.

    • 4). Click "Apply" and then "OK." Exit out of the dialog box. You should now be able to use your keyboard with no problems.

    Close On-Screen Keyboard

    • 1). Click "Start" and then select "All Programs" at the bottom of the Start menu.

    • 2). Select "Accessories." Click "Accessibility" and then select "On-Screen Keyboard."

    • 3). Click "File and Exit" to close the on-screen keyboard. You should now be able to use your keyboard.
