    • 1). Connect an Ethernet cable temporarily between a computer and one of the "LAN" ports on the Belkin router.

    • 2). Open a Web browser and type "192.168.2.1" without quotes into the address bar. Press "Enter."

    • 3). Click "Login," then click "Submit."

    • 4). Type a name for the wireless network in the "SSID" box, then click "Apply Changes" to save and apply the settings.

    • 5). Click "Security" and enter a password for the wireless network if you want to secure it. Click "Apply Changes."

    • 6). Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the computer.

    • 7). Click the "Wireless" icon in the lower-right corner of the screen by the clock.

    • 8). Click the wireless network name you assigned in step 4.

    • 9). Click "Connect."

      Enter the wireless password, if prompted.
