    • 1). Take two black walnut supplements immediately after you eat breakfast. The supplements are less likely to cause stomach discomfort if you take them with food.

    • 2). Take two more supplements with your lunch and dinner meals. If you forget to take a dose with one of your meals, take the dose as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next meal you can skip the forgotten dose.
