There are many methods that people have used which have successfully helped them overcome panic and anxiety in their lives.

There are many relaxation audios that are very useful at helping you reach profound levels of relaxation, both in the body and the mind.
Some audios use guided imagery to relax you and other audios use controlled and focused breathing to help center and align you with the innate wellbeing that is always readily available to you when you choose to experience it.
When the body and mind is experiencing wellbeing, the thoughts in your mind tend to become more positive and follow suit with the good feelings.
Another great method that helps people overcome panic and anxiety is hypnosis.
Hypnosis involves guiding the client into an altered state of awareness where the hypnotist can help facilitate change in the client where the client gains access to their inner mental resources that they can use to help themselves overcome their issues.
