Did you know that most adult bodies are made up of anywhere from 55 to 75% water? This is why you always hear health experts saying that you need to drink at least eight glasses of pure water each day.
So many people underestimate the need that the body has four clean water on a daily basis.
We simply believe that we will drink something we get thirsty.
Unfortunately, that is typically some sort of soda or other drink that is not really water.
However, your body has a strong desire to maintain a particular water level in order to handle all of the bodily functions each day.
For instance, your kidneys rely heavily on clean water moving through each day to flush out toxins.
In fact, some people will develop kidney stones simply from being in a constant state of mild dehydration.
In fact, when you feel thirsty then you are already in a mild state of dehydration.
Some people will go for days without ever drinking actual water instead opting for so those, fruit drinks or tea.
These kinds of drinks actually further dehydrate the body causing the problem to get worse.
Drinking water is especially important for people who have conditions such as asthma.
Water actually helps to loosen up the secretion in the lungs and finds It.
So, if you have allergies, water is also important to you.
If you do any kind of exercise, it is vital that you drink water to replace what you are losing when you're sweating.
We all slept on a daily basis even were not exercising.
Although most people would argue that they don't, you can lose quite a bit of water each day from just the simple activities that you do.
Therefore, it is critical that you take in plenty of pure water on a daily basis.
