How to Remove Windows 2000 Server
- 1). Insert the Windows installation CD into the disk drive of your PC computer.
- 2). Restart your computer; when prompted, press any key to boot to the CD.
- 3). Press the "Enter" key after all installation files have been loaded, and then press the "F8" key to accept the Windows license agreement.
- 4). Press the "Esc" key to view all partitions on the current hard drive.
- 5). Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the partition that has Windows 2000 Server installed on it.
- 6). Press the "D" key to delete the selected partition.
- 7). Press the "L" to confirm your decision to remove the Windows 2000 Server partition. Depending on the size of the partition, the removal process could take up to 15 minutes to complete.
