Panic and Anxiety - 3 Simple Steps to Freedom!

Panic and Anxiety rob thousands if not millions of good people every year from a life of freedom and peace! It is for that exact reason that this article is being written in the hope that the following steps will lead you back to a life that is joy filled and not panic and anxiety stricken.
Step 1 Be the Observer Being the observer may seem very foreign to you? We are not ever taught to observe and if we are it is certainly not to observe ourselves! So where do you start? Well good question - Being the observer of one's self does take some practice, as it is new, and like anything new we will be unsure if we are doing it right? The best and simplest way to describe being the observer is to really be the observer of your thoughts; yes it is true that you will not be aware of all your thoughts, and good thing you are not as that would be enough to truly make you crazy! So we are going to focus only on the thoughts that we are aware of particularly the reoccurring ones, and the negative reoccurring ones to be more specific.
Example: Why am I having a hard time breathing? Or I think I am having a heart attack and feel like I am dying! These types of thoughts only lead to further sensations of anxiety and possible panic! Observe them and it is always helpful to journal them to see if there are patterns of thought.
-when you begin to experience anxious thoughts, it is especially key not to fight the thoughts away.
As what we resist, persists! Step 2 Putting a Label on it (brand it, so to speak) Putting a label on your thoughts, understanding that they are only thoughts and have no power unless you the originator of those thoughts gives them power.
Being aware that thoughts alone cannot hurt you and although given enough time of the same ones can be harmful and self defeating, so if you are going to be fueling your thoughts, be aware you have choice in how you fuel them negative (panic and anxiety) or positive (freedom and peace) whatever you plant will grow.
Step 3 Mind movie, (You're the main character) 21 day period.
Well if you ever wanted to be in pictures here is your chance! It is important to understand that your current panic and anxiety issues are products of your past imaginary pictures of yourself.
The process of mind movies is to take the past imagery of self and recreate a new image of self which is one of calm and peace- goodbye panic and anxiety.
What you need: 30 min daily, your imagination, comfortable and undisturbed.

Close your eyes and activate your imagination.
Imagine sitting in front of a IMAX screen.
Imagine You are watching yourself on the screen.
(Vivid details.
) Imagine details, it is a practical experience so don't leave anything out.
Important to remember: see yourself acting, reacting appropriately, calm, peaceful and happy.
Forget how you were yesterday, or even before you started the 30 min.
See yourself acting, feeling, being as you want to be, do not say I am going to act this way tomorrow, it has to be in the present tense NOW! You also don't need to worry about acting panic and anxiety free tomorrow as your nervous system will take care of this for you in time.
