Centerpiece

• 1). Place the frosted glass vase on a flat surface and fill it three quarters full with black decorative stones to create the base of the anniversary party centerpiece. Cut a long piece of ribbon and loop it around the vase about three quarters of the way up. Tie the ribbon into a medium-sized bow in the front and cut the ends even.
  
  
• 2). Arrange four branches of gold-sprayed meadow wisp filler in the stones, cutting the stems as needed to keep the filler close to the vase rim. Arrange the branches so that there is one sticking at an outward angle from the front, back, left side and right side of the anniversary party centerpiece.
  
  
• 3). Add some baby's breath to the anniversary party centerpiece, pushing the stems into the stones, to create a rounded shape that rises about three inches above the vase rim. Place two more branches of meadow wisp towards the center of the arrangement.
  
  
• 4). Add the large silk roses to the anniversary party centerpiece arrangement. Start with some tall roses in the middle and shorter roses at the sides to keep a rounded silhouette, cutting the stems as needed. Use small pieces of baby's breath to fill in any open spaces in the bouquet.
  
  

Decorations

• 1). Place the black pictures frames on a flat surface, face up. Cut the stems from the four small silk roses.
  
  
• 2). Cut a 12-inch piece of ribbon and tie it into a bow with loops about 2 inches long each. Place a little glue on the back of the bow and secure it on the upper-left corner of the frame, tilting the bow so that the loops and ends follow the frame shape and do not obscure the picture area. Place a large amount of glue on the back of a small rose and secure the rose over the bow knot. Let dry.
  
  
• 3). Slide a photo into each decorated frame and use tape or string to hang the anniversary party decorations on the walls. Drape long strands of ribbon between the pictures to serve as garlands.
