How to Make An Easy Layered Mexican Dip
- 1). Mix the can of refried beans with the salsa or taco sauce. Spread a layer of the mixture evenly over a 12 inch serving plate or casserole dish.
- 2). Spread an even layer of sour cream over the refried bean mixture. Leave approximately an inch of beans showing around the edge of the sour cream.
- 3). Spread an even layer of the prepared guacamole over the sour cream, leaving an inch border of sour cream under the guacamole.
- 4). Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the guacamole. Sprinkle the chopped green onion over the cheese.
- 5). Serve the Mexican layered dip immediately with tortilla chips or you can refrigerate the dip for up to 24 hours.
