The club is open from Tuesday through Saturday with no age restrictions and offers a full menu featuring contemporary southern cuisine. Concert-goers can make reservations for dinner and a show or attend the show only though Biscuits & Blues has a two-drink minimum for those not buying dinner.

Past performers include Robin Williams and Whoopi Goldberg. Most shows are 21 and over only, but the Hotel Utah Saloon occasionally hosts all-ages shows.
