Start by boiling some water for the rice in one pan and in another add the meatballs, heat these through for 5 minutes. The water should be boiling by now, so drop the rice in. Add the jar of sauce to the meatballs and let simmer on low heat until the rice has cooked. When the rice is cooked share between 4 plates or bowls with the meatballs on top of the rice. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan and a loaf of crusty bread.
Servings: 4
