    • 1). Peel a half pound of garlic cloves.

    • 2). Pour 1 quart of brandy into a glass jar.

    • 3). Add garlic cloves to the brandy. Seal the jar, making sure it is airtight.

    • 4). Store the tincture at a temperature of around 85 degrees Fahrenheit for two weeks.

    • 5). Strain the tincture to remove the garlic. Pour the tincture back into the glass jar.

    • 6). Take 5 to 25 drops of the tincture, daily, mixed with water or fruit juice.
