How to Make a Garlic Tincture
- 1). Peel a half pound of garlic cloves.
- 2). Pour 1 quart of brandy into a glass jar.
- 3). Add garlic cloves to the brandy. Seal the jar, making sure it is airtight.
- 4). Store the tincture at a temperature of around 85 degrees Fahrenheit for two weeks.
- 5). Strain the tincture to remove the garlic. Pour the tincture back into the glass jar.
- 6). Take 5 to 25 drops of the tincture, daily, mixed with water or fruit juice.
