How to Make a Beaded Keychain Mouse
- 1). Pass the cord through the key ring and touch the two ends of cord together, then pull the ends in one direction and the ring in the other. This creates a fold in the middle of the cord, with the key ring in that fold.
- 2). Grab both loose ends and pass them over themselves to create a loop 1/2 inch from the key ring. Pass the loose ends through the loop and pull to secure a knot 1/2 inch from the key ring.
- 3). Thread a pink bead onto one loose end, then pass the other loose end through the same bead in the opposite direction. Pull the ends apart to tighten the bead up against the knot.
- 4). Thread two brown beads onto one loose end, then pass the other loose end through the pair of beads in the opposite direction and pull.
- 5). Thread three brown beads onto one loose end, then pass the other loose end through the beads in the opposite direction and pull.
- 6). Thread a pink bead onto each loose end, then pass each loose end through the last row of three beads, entering on the side the loose end first emerged from the row.
- 7). Thread three brown beads onto one loose end, then pass the other loose end through the beads in the opposite direction and pull.
- 8). Thread twp brown beads onto one loose end, then pass the other loose end through the pair of beads in the opposite direction and pull.
- 9). Thread a pink bead onto one loose end, then pass the other loose end through the same bead in the opposite direction. Pull the ends apart to tighten the bead up against the prior row. Repeat three more times to complete the tail.
